We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a national title insurance company based in Buffalo.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of critical real estate and insurance records while providing vital administrative support. The ideal candidate pairs fast, accurate data entry skills with sharp attention to detail, working seamlessly both independently and alongside internal teams to keep operations organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain transactional records and documentation across internal databases and computer systems.

• Review and verify source documents for completeness and precision prior to data entry.

• Perform routine data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

• Prepare, sort, index, and organize both electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.

• Serve as a professional, welcoming first point of contact for office visitors.

• Assist with routine administrative duties, including office supply management and basic bookkeeping support.

• Address and resolve internal inquiries and data discrepancies in a timely, professional manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven track record in data entry, clerical, or administrative office roles.

• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with strong 10-key numeric entry proficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptability to specialized database software.

• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to identify errors quickly.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strict commitment to discretion, integrity, and the secure handling of confidential information.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
