We are seeking a Post-Closing & Settlement Specialist for a national title insurance company based in Bayside.

This in-office role is responsible for overseeing post-closing workflows, managing title escrow accounting, balancing financial breakdowns, and executing accurate document recording. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, expertise in county recording compliance, and hands-on experience using TrackerPro.

Key Responsibilities

• Balance financial breakdowns and handle precise post-closing disbursements.

• Maintain title escrow account ledgers, tracking incoming and outgoing transaction funds accurately.

• Calculate municipal transfer taxes and recording fees with high precision.

• Submit, track, and manage land documents for eRecording using ACRIS, Simplifile, and local county platforms.

• Utilize TrackerPro daily to manage post-closing tasks, track file progression, and maintain closing records.

• Address and resolve any post-closing rejections, document defects, or escrow variances efficiently.

Qualifications

• TrackerPro software experience is required.

• Proven track record in title post-closing, escrow accounting, and settlement workflows.

• Strong proficiency with ACRIS, Simplifile, and local county recording procedures.

• High level of mathematical accuracy and thorough knowledge of recording tax calculations.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple files under deadline.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Bayside.
