We are seeking a detail-oriented, polished, and professional Escrow Officer to join our growing team! In this role, you will manage the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely closings. The ideal candidate will have experience handling residential transactions and a desire to drive your business!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire escrow process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and process closing documents accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate seamless closings.
• Manage escrow funds, disbursements, and reconciliations.
• Address and resolve any title or closing issues that may arise.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties throughout the transaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Closer, or in a related escrow/title role.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing procedures.
• Some experience with commercial closings is a plus.
• Proficiency with escrow and title software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
