We are seeking a National Escrow Officer - Closer for a national title insurance company based in California.

This is a fully remote role tailored for a high-performing escrow professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Process, manage, and close residential refinance escrow transactions seamlessly from intake to funding.
Review and analyze lender closing instructions, loan documents, payoff statements, title commitments, and subordination agreements for absolute accuracy and completeness.
Prepare Closing Disclosures (CD), ALTA settlement statements, and lender-required documents in full compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines.
Act as the primary liaison between lenders, loan officers, processors, borrowers, title companies, and attorneys to ensure lender-mandated closing deadlines are consistently met.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated escrow or title/settlement experience, with a heavy, proven focus on refinance transactions.
Direct, hands-on experience utilizing ResWare software is strictly required.
An active California Escrow Officer license is required, along with valid licensing/certification in other applicable states (or the demonstrated ability to obtain multi-state licensing within a specified timeframe).

Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of precision in document preparation and review.
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, with a proven ability to handle a high-volume workload under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interface effectively with institutional clients.
A proven track record of building, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with lender clients.
Sound judgment and advanced problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
