Role Overview
In this vital role, your expertise will drive the seamless handling of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing title insurance commitments and policies, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance throughout each stage of the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
  • Document Review & Analysis: Review and interpret title reports, legal documents, and property records to verify ownership and proactively identify potential issues or encumbrances.
  • Policy Preparation: Prepare and process title insurance commitments, final policies, and all related closing documentation.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with law offices, real estate agents, lenders, and clients to resolve discrepancies or title defects efficiently.
  • File Management: Maintain meticulously detailed and updated records of all transactions, file statuses, and correspondence related to each case.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with Pennsylvania state laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies throughout the title processing cycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and promptly with all internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong, foundational understanding of title insurance procedures and the real estate closing lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern title research techniques using GIS technology, public mapping systems, and legal databases.
  • Organizational Mastery: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: A demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a real estate law office or a fast-paced title agency.
