Are you a detail-oriented, customer service-driven professional starting out your career? Our client is a National Title Insurance Company looking for several Wire Dept. Assistants to join their team immediately!
This is a temp-to-hire position with a starting pay of $23 per hour.

Your primary focus will be our outgoing wire queue, which is processed using dual control:

  • The first reviewer ensures accuracy of the outgoing wire.
  • The second reviewer double-checks that nothing was missed before the wire is initiated to the bank.
You will be assigned a specific account and held accountable for its outgoing wires. Each wire is paired with a file and a supporting document containing wire instructionsthese are entered by the escrow officers or their assistants, not by you. Your job is to quality control the outgoing wires, ensuring they are correct and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
  • Match wire instructions against the outgoing wire in Resware.
  • Verify that sufficient funds are available and that instructions have been verbally confirmed or backed by transaction history.
  • Check our authenticated list of 3,000+ verified wire instructions to prevent fraud.
  • Follow internal wire checklists to identify red flags and reject or escalate as necessary.
  • Manage and respond to the team email inbox, including handling rush requests, fielding questions from escrow, or supporting the trust accounting department.
What We're Looking For
This role demands strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and great email communication skills. You'll need to be tactful in how you respond to escrow officerswho are under pressure themselvesas they rely on us to help close their deals on time. Remember, we don't deal with customers directly. The escrow officers are our customers, and it's our job to help them succeed while staying compliant.
Important Role Requirements
  1. End-of-month Overtime: The last week of the month often requires extended hours. You may need to start earlier or stay later (sometimes until 78PM) to get through the volume.
  2. Time-Off Restrictions: Please avoid scheduling time off during the last week of the month unless it's an emergency. This is our busiest time and requires all hands on deck.
  3. Hybrid Schedule: We currently work a hybrid schedule2 days a week in the office, I need people either M-Tue or W-Thur, most likely W-Thur on an 8:00 AM5:00 PM schedule. This could change to 3 days or full-time in-office in the future.
