We are looking for a Receptionist for our client, a title company in Fountain Hills. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Determine the nature of inquiries and ensure callers and visitors are directed to the correct destination
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, personable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft products
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate, title, and/or escrow services is highly preferred
- Knowledge of title and escrow processes is a plus
