We are looking for a Receptionist for our client, a title company in Fountain Hills. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Determine the nature of inquiries and ensure callers and visitors are directed to the correct destination
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, personable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft products
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in real estate, title, and/or escrow services is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of title and escrow processes is a plus
