Job Summary
The Member Service Representative is the face of our organization. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions accurately. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Assist members via phone, email, or in person with account inquiries, billing questions, and general troubleshooting.

Transaction Processing: Accurately process payments, account updates, and membership renewals.

Problem Resolution: Research and resolve member complaints or issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.

Product Knowledge: Educate members on available services, benefits, and promotions to maximize membership value.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate member records and document interactions in the CRM database.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry (CRM experience a plus).

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and find solutions quickly.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
