We are looking for a proactive, growth-minded Escrow Officer to spearhead the closing process within a high-touch, boutique team environment. As the primary point of contact during the final stages of a real estate transaction, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience and representing our brand's commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of sharp analytical thinking, meticulous organization, and top-tier relationship-building skills. You will oversee files from contract inception through final disbursement, ensuring every closing is seamless, accurate, and professional.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnerships & Market Growth

  • Actively engage in business development efforts to retain existing partners and capture new market share.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative networks with local real estate agents, lenders, and industry professionals.

  • Utilize HubSpot to log client touchpoints and outreach efforts, contributing insights during collaborative growth meetings.

  • Implement thoughtful post-closing follow-ups to solidify long-term client loyalty.

Transaction Management & Closing

  • Lead the end-to-end closing lifecycle, managing files seamlessly from contract intake to final funding.

  • Analyze purchase agreements, title commitments, and lender requirements to generate precise closing statements and real estate documentation.

  • Partner with lenders to deliver accurate, approved Closing Disclosures and settlement statements.

  • Conduct professional closing signings, verify the secure handling of funds, and confirm all title requirements are fully satisfied.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any post-closing matters efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

Team & Stakeholder Communication

  • Partner closely with administrative, pre-closing, and post-closing team members to keep files moving efficiently.

  • Provide clear, proactive timeline updates to buyers, sellers, agents, and loan officers throughout the transaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Comprehensive mastery of the escrow lifecycle with a deep understanding of title insurance regulations, closing compliance, and real estate documentation.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse clients and industry partners.

  • An entrepreneurial, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset tailored for a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

  • High proficiency with escrow production systems (SoftPro experience is a major asset), CRM platforms like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of real estate market shifts.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience within the title insurance or escrow industry.
