Our client, a national title company, is seeking an Escrow Officer in Phoenix.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review HUD/Closing Disclosure documents for accuracy and approval, and communicate findings with Closing Coordinators
- Assist Closing Coordinators with title clearance, including review of title commitments and related documents
- Support policy issuance requests and perform policy reviews as needed
- Provide assistance to the Disbursements Department when required
- Utilize and understand client online banking systems to support escrow transactions
- Respond to customer service inquiries and phone calls in a professional manner
- Collaborate closely with Closing Teams to resolve issues as they arise
- Assist with post-closing tasks and issue resolution
- Maintain active Escrow Officer licensure by completing required continuing education, including webinars and training sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
