Our Public Relations & Campaign Management Firm is hiring Field Canvassers to knock on doors, engage registered voters, and help drive turnout for a high-stakes campaign. This is on-the-ground, voter-to-voter workthe kind that decides elections. You will be out in the field every shift, having real conversations with neighbors. If you are outgoing, dependable, and energized by connecting with your community, this job is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Voter Engagement: Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and hold meaningful conversations with registered voters.
- Deliver Messaging: Confidently deliver campaign messaging using prepared scripts.
- Overcome Obstacles: Handle voter questions and objections with poise and persistence.
- Turf Management: Complete your assigned turf thoroughly and strictly on schedule.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Check in daily with your Canvassing Lead to share progress, receive coaching, and submit daily reports tracking your field numbers, notes, and stories.
- Adaptability: Roll with rapid changescampaigns move fast, and so must you.
- The Ultimate People Person: Friendly, confident, and not afraid to walk up to a stranger's door.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both in conversation and in writing.
- Independent Worker: Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to walk an assigned turf and work independently without needing to be micromanaged.
- Coach-able: Open to feedback and quick to adapt to new guidelines.
- Tech Requirements: Must own a smartphone (5 years old or newer) with a reliable data plan to use for outreach, reporting, and basic mobile apps (email, maps, messaging).
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation is preferred.

- Open Schedule: SaturdaySunday, 10:00 AM 4:00 PM | MondayThursday, 3:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Flexible Hours: Up to 32 hours per week
- Duration: Temporary position lasting until Tuesday, June 2, 2026
