Our client, a nationwide title company, is seeking a Senior Title Examiner to support real estate transactions through comprehensive title research and examination. This role is responsible for reviewing public records to determine the legal condition of property titles and may function within a production center, branch office, or collaborative title team environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, analyzing entity documents, dating down commitments, preparing updated commitments and supplemental reports, and recording documents as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in the title industry, preferably with commercial title experience. Familiarity with AIM+ (Stewart Title software), DataTrace, and DataTree is strongly preferred.
