Job Description
This role involves providing technical support to employees, resolving support requests, and ensuring that all mobile devices and computers operate efficiently. The selected professional will play a key role in onboarding new employees and maintaining information systems, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users, internal teams, and partner companies.
  • Resolve employee technical support requests effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to computer systems and devices.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify issues in computer systems and mobile devices.
  • Adjust configurations and permissions to resolve issues on computers and mobile devices.
  • Create login credentials for new employees during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the department in maintaining information systems.
  • Install and update software and hardware drivers as needed.
  • Contact cabling vendors or external providers when necessary.
  • Keep employees informed about the status of their service requests.
  • Log and update all service requests in the ticketing system.

Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, including weekends if necessary.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar roles, working with mobile devices and computers.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
