We are seeking a detail-oriented Disbursement Specialist to join our team and support escrow operations across a variety of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinancing, relocation, and timeshare. This role plays a critical part in ensuring funds are accurately balanced and disbursed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review closed escrow files to ensure accuracy and readiness for disbursement
- Verify that all transactions are fully funded and balances are correct
- Disburse funds according to closing instructions, typically through check issuance or wire transfers
- Partner with escrow officers, lenders, and buyers to resolve discrepancies and finalize file balancing
- Support branch operations by ensuring timely and compliant disbursement of all transactions
- Follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines
