We are an evolving Project Management Office (PMO) committed to continuous improvement, operational maturity, and sustainable growth. Our current priorities include strengthening project delivery capabilities, enhancing PMO processes, and integrating AI-driven tools into everyday workflows.

This role also requires program management capabilities, including coordination of multiple related initiatives where direct authority over all workstreams may be limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation for medium to large, moderately to highly complex projects
  • Define project goals, scope, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and schedules
  • Plan, track, and report on project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, deliverables, and project artifacts
  • Manage and coordinate resources required for successful project execution
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and blockers
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business and customer objectives
  • Interpret internal and external business environments to inform project direction and decisions
  • Recommend and implement best practices to improve processes, services, and delivery effectiveness
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable direction for teams and stakeholders
  • Solve complex problems using advanced analytical thinking and non-traditional approaches
  • May lead functional or cross-functional projects with moderate risk and resource requirements
  • Work independently as an individual contributor, with guidance provided for highly complex situations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience; 10+ years strongly preferred
  • Experience providing program-level oversight of informal or non-dedicated project leads is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Agile certification preferred
