We are a growing Project Management Office (PMO) focused on continuous improvement, stronger project delivery, and increased use of AI-driven tools in daily operations. This role may also involve elements of program management, coordinating related initiatives without direct authority over all workstreams.

The position is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from initiation through implementation—for medium to large, moderately to highly complex projects. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, developing and maintaining detailed plans and schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and deliverables.

You will manage project resources, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers to keep projects on track. The role requires balancing detailed execution with high-level reporting, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include interpreting business needs, recommending process improvements, solving complex problems, and occasionally leading functional initiatives with moderate risk. This is an individual contributor role that operates independently, with guidance provided in highly complex situations.

Candidates typically have 7+ years of experience (10+ preferred), along with strong skills in communication, organization, prioritization, leadership, and problem-solving. Experience overseeing project work led by non-project managers is a plus. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with certifications such as PMP or Agile.

The work primarily focuses on security rollout and upgrade projects, along with some infrastructure efforts. Projects often involve managing 3–6 initiatives at once, emphasizing scope definition, schedule management, issue resolution, and maintaining progress toward successful delivery.
