We are seeking an Account Servicing Representative for a national title insurance company based in Phoenix, AZ.

Role Overview

In this dynamic loan servicing role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of account requests and updates. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and legal documentation. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, paperless environment and enjoys balancing independent task management with collaborative team goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Set up new accounts and process critical changes, including modifications, assumptions, and assignments of beneficial interest.

• Execute requests for Verifications of Mortgage (VOM), payoff statements, and reinstatement amounts.

• Manage payment processing, handle paid-in-full accounts, and coordinate lien releases.

• Maintain impound accounts specifically for the timely payment of taxes and insurance.

• Provide professional support by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues via phone and written correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a focus on professional service.

• Comfortable working in a modern, paperless environment with basic computer skills and 10-key calculator proficiency.

• Ability to calculate simple interest and manage basic banking/accounting calculations.

• High level of organizational skill with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Proven ability to navigate a fast-paced setting with evolving technology and priorities.

Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in loan servicing, banking, or escrow environments is highly preferred.
