Overview:

A well-established title company is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage real estate transactions from contract to close. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage real estate closings from start to finish, including reviewing contracts and opening escrow files
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and disclosures
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Schedule and conduct closings, explaining documents to clients as needed
• Handle disbursement of funds and ensure timely recording of documents
• Resolve title or closing issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate and organized file documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the real estate closing process
• Familiarity with title and escrow software systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
