We are seeking an Post Closing Specialist for a national title insurance company based in St. Louis, MO.

You will play a vital role in facilitating seamless real estate transactions across residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinancing, and relocation sectors. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and technical support duties, ensuring that escrow processes move efficiently from open to close. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a high-energy production center or title team.

Schedule is 9AM to 5PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of diverse escrow transactions, including timeshare and new construction files.

• Prepare, organize, and review essential real estate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Escrow Officers and title teams to meet critical deadlines.

• Navigate internal systems of record to update file statuses and maintain organized digital records.

• Act as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the escrow lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly master proprietary industry software.

• Functional familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data tracking.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for a professional office setting.
