We are seeking an Escrow Processor for a national title insurance company based in Flower Mound, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow Processor to support the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous handling of lender documents, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring all title requirements are met prior to closing. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who excels at professional communication and thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze fully executed contracts to accurately open escrow files and initiate the workflow.

  • Review and interpret signed lender documents; prepare and distribute Closing Protection Letters (ICLs).

  • Copy, sort, and ship finalized loan packages to lenders via UPS or FedEx in a timely manner.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and update essential production reports.
  • Proactively obtain payoffs, tax certifications, and surveys; coordinate and update Homeowners Association (HOA) information.
  • Schedule closing appointments and provide administrative support during the closing process as required.
  • Send out title commitments and work closely with lenders to clear any outstanding requirements or conditions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
  • Address all internal and external inquiries with high professionalism and urgency.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing direct assistance or routing inquiries to the appropriate escrow unit.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in escrow processing or a related field within the title insurance industry.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate multiple client-based software systems simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to react productively to change, and a proven track record of multitasking under pressure.
