Job Description
The Call Center Sales Representative provides personalized attention to customers, offering guidance on stays, travel and related services, ensuring a satisfactory experience before, during and after the service. This role requires communication skills, empathy and commercial approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend and guide customers through telephone calls and occasionally face-to-face.
- Actively promote the agency's products and services, eliciting sales with every interaction.
- Enter and maintain accurate data into internal systems related to reservations, quotes and transactions.
- Close sales effectively, applying persuasive techniques and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, respectful and professional customer service, aligned with company standards.
- Clearly explain available offers, travel conditions and details of stays, resolving doubts effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotes and potential sales to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.
- At least one (1) year of previous sales experience, ideally in a call center environment.
- Basic knowledge of English language.
- Academic background in tourism, marketing or other related discipline.
- Efficient use of computers and basic technological tools.
- Agility in the use of the keyboard and accuracy in data entry.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
