Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department. This position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in human resources to support key functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on company policies and workplace standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Be available to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Representative role or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable state and federal labor laws affecting employees at all levels.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
