Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Title Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting title and escrow services to commercial brokers, developers, lenders, attorneys, and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate professionals, including brokers, lenders, attorneys, and investors

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events

• Promote the company's title and escrow services with a focus on commercial transactions

• Provide clients with accurate information and guidance regarding the title process and products

• Work closely with escrow officers and underwriters to ensure smooth and timely closings

• Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in title sales, with a focus on commercial real estate

• Existing book of business in the commercial sector strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of title insurance products and commercial closing processes

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently

• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
