We are looking for an entry-level Real Estate Attorney to join the team of a boutique Title Insurance Company in the northern Philadelphia area!

This is a direct hire, full-time in-office position. You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential and commercial closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate looking to start a career in residential or commercial real estate law. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies. Our Attorneys are detail-oriented, organized, possess superior interpersonal skills, and are able to handle a high number of closings daily.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
- Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina
- Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search.
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations
- Title curative
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited Law School
- PA bar license required
- Hold either a current appointment as a PA Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to beginning employment.
- One or more years of residential real estate law experience preferred but not required.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
