The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience and a demonstrated track record of successful settlements and verdicts.

This role is for someone who:

  • Is comfortable taking depositions and arguing motions

  • Has first-chair trial experience (or is ready for it)

  • Knows how to evaluate liability, damages, and risk

  • Can negotiate from a position of strength

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

You will manage cases from intake through resolution, develop litigation strategy, negotiate significant settlements, and serve as a key contributor to the firm's continued growth.

What You Bring

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

  • Active New Jersey Bar admission

  • Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience

  • Documented history of favorable outcomes

  • Strong courtroom presence and negotiation ability

  • Excellent legal writing and strategic thinking skills
