Our client, a top-rated personal injury law firm, is seeking a full-time, on-site technical operator to build, manage, and scale their internal automation and systems infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement workflow automations across case management, CRM, and other internal tools

  • Build and maintain API-driven integrations to keep data seamless and accurate

  • Create logic-based automations with triggers, webhooks, and conditional workflows

  • Enhance reporting, dashboards, and cross-departmental data insights

  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and remove friction

  • Ensure internal hardware, network, and systems operate reliably and securely

What They're Looking For

  • Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)

  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping

  • Proven ability to integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, case management, accounting, marketing)

  • Strong database logic and process optimization skills

  • Strategic "operator” mindset, not just technical execution

  • On-site availability
