We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a national title insurance company based in Irving, TX.

You will provide the critical network infrastructure, hardware, and software support that keeps our offices running smoothly. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who excels at bridging the gap between complex technical issues and seamless end-user productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level customer service and timely resolution for end-user computing and networking issues.

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.

  • Resolve escalated technical challenges where standard procedures have failed, performing restorative actions both remotely and on-site.

  • Act as the secondary tier for issues referred by the help desk, ensuring integrated support across the broader IT team.

  • Follow established guidelines to maintain system integrity while managing a personal workload under general supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related work experience in IT support or systems administration.

  • Experience utilizing or supporting AI tools within an enterprise environment.

  • Ability to recognize and solve typical hardware/software problems by selecting the best solution from established options.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate moderately complex technical information clearly to non-technical staff.

Education & Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Typically requires 2+ years of professional experience in a desktop support or technical field services role.
