Job Description
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and processing economic information to support the strategic and operational management of the organization. This position aims to strengthen decision making through the preparation of projections, performance analysis and generation of detailed reports that respond to the internal needs of the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial metrics related to revenue, expenses and profitability to support institutional goals.
• Design, update and validate financial models for budgeting, forecasting and short and long term planning.
• Prepare financial reports and executive presentations for internal leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Use data analysis and visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) to present results in a clear and actionable way.
• Coordinate with various operational areas to collect financial data and ensure consistency in reporting.
• Support in the preparation of preliminary financial statements and assist in internal and external audits.
• Evaluate investment proposals, special projects and comparative cost-benefit analysis.
• Identify financial patterns, improvement opportunities and potential risks that may impact institutional finances.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in financial analysis, interpretation of economic metrics and evaluation of budget trends.
• Experience in structured financial environments such as banking, consulting or investment analysis preferred.
• Proficiency with data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools).
• Familiarity with automation languages within Microsoft Office, especially to optimize processes in Excel (VBA knowledge is an asset).
• Working knowledge or previous experience with financial management systems such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to analyze financial statements, benchmark performance and prepare profit and loss reports.
• Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to transform complex data into clear and useful information for decision making.
