We are seeking a remote Title Support Specialist for a national title insurance company based in California

Job Summary

In this role, you will be a vital contributor to the real estate transaction lifecycle. You will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the accurate and timely production of title documents. Working within a high-volume production center or branch office, you will help streamline internal processes to facilitate smooth property transfers.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform centralized clerical processing of title-related documents, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Communicate clear instructions and information to various branch offices to maintain workflow consistency.

• Execute a wide range of administrative functions to assist the title team in meeting production goals.

• Follow established guidelines and clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and resolve straightforward operational issues.

• Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders.

• Maintain a high standard of quality while working under direct supervision to meet the evolving needs of the department.

Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and document review.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using standard office software and basic database systems.

• Strong verbal and written skills for internal professional correspondence.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with real estate terminology or the title insurance industry.

• Experience in high-volume administrative or clerical production roles.

• Ability to adapt quickly to updated procedural guidelines.

Education & Certification Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
