In this role, you aren't just fixing computers; you are ensuring business continuity. You will provide network administration, device management, and critical technical support to both internal and external clients. If you are a problem-solver who loves being on the move and working with a variety of technologies, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for on-site and remote users using tools like Bomgar or Dameware.

  • Manage and prioritize incoming support requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

  • Administer basic Active Directory functions, including unlocking accounts, resetting passwords, and managing machine accounts.

  • Assist with imaging, software deployment, and patch management using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

  • Provide basic support for network infrastructure, including connectivity troubleshooting, printer configuration, and database administration support.

  • Travel to various local branch offices to provide in-person support (vehicle required) with occasional out-of-state travel as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and standard enterprise software troubleshooting.

  •  Experience using remote desktop tools (Bomgar, Dameware, TeamViewer, etc.).

  • Proven experience working within a ticketing system, specifically ServiceNow.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) for user account management.

  • Exposure to SCCM (imaging/deployment) and Intune (device management).

  • Understanding of basic network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS) and printer mapping.

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between local offices.

  • Willingness to travel out of state on occasion to support broader office initiatives.

  • This is a fully in-person position requiring physical presence at office locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a distinct plus.
