We are currently hiring a Credit Analyst for a premier national title insurance company based in Garden Grove, VA. This is a high-impact role responsible for the integrity of credit data within the mortgage underwriting lifecycle.

Schedule & Details:

  • Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM PST

  • Training: New hire class begins February 23, 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into credit files to identify missing data or changes in credit history.

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and consumers to resolve credit inquiries and complaints.

  • Use your research skills to find documentation and verify credit data to support home loans.

  • Partner with the production team to streamline the credit report supplement process.

What You Bring:

  • Background in Credit and Call Centers is required.

  • PC literate with basic office skills and typing speeds of at least 25 WPM.

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills with a "customer-first " mindset.

  • Mortgage banking, loan servicing, or credit reporting experience.

  • HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
