We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our top clients based in Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote, temporary role.
Schedule: 9AM to 6PM PST
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Deliver professional customer service with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to support team performance.

Assist the manager in identifying process improvements and maintaining standards for production and quality.

Perform a variety of support functions to support departmental processes.

Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently.

Use established procedures to resolve straightforward problems with minimal supervision.

Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and team members.

Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with limited autonomy.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
-
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
-
Escrow experience preferred, but not required.
