The Opportunity
We're looking for a growth-minded Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a small but high-impact team of two Regional Agency Managers. Together, you'll build and execute a collaborative sales strategy that introduces a unique insurance product designed specifically for niche players in the title insurance industry.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, marketing, and operations to drive adoption, build pipelines, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching

Manage and develop two Regional Agency Managers, providing clear goals, accountability, and coaching.

Partner with Agency Managers to sharpen their targeting, messaging, and client outreach.

Monitor KPIs and activity metrics to ensure consistent performance and pipeline growth.
Market Development & Targeting

Help define and refine the ideal client persona for our niche insurance product.

Build lead pipelines, segment markets, and equip Agency Managers with strategies and tools to reach high-value targets.

Conduct joint calls or meetings with key agents when needed to secure buy-in and long-term relationships.
Sales Systems & Process

Oversee CRM use (Zoho) as the hub for tracking activities, opportunities, and results.

Drive disciplined pipeline management ensuring visibility into every stage of the sales cycle.

Analyze performance data and provide clear reporting to executive leadership.
Collaboration & Growth

Work hand-in-hand with marketing to design campaigns that support pipeline growth.

Leverage your knowledge of software demos, presentations, and digital tools to help Agency Managers engage prospects.

Coordinate with underwriting and operations to ensure promises made in sales are supported by delivery.
What We're Looking For

2 5 years of sales leadership experience (Sales Manager, Team Lead, or equivalent).

Proven ability to coach and manage a small sales team (2 5 reps/managers).

Strong CRM skills (Zoho preferred) and comfort with pipeline metrics and sales dashboards.

Experience in B2B sales with a focus on insurance, financial services, or SaaS/software sales.

Familiarity with marketing campaigns, client demos, or consultative selling.
