We are seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to support real estate transactions and ensure smooth handling of closing documents for one of our clients in the title insurance industry.
The role involves reviewing, processing, and finalizing key paperwork required for property sales, mortgages, and refinances. You will be responsible for verifying accuracy, coordinating with various parties, and ensuring compliance with state and county requirements. The position also includes resolving post-closing issues and overseeing the secure submission and delivery of documents.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of real estate transactions, ensuring required documents are received and processed on time.

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and service level expectations.

Coordinate with local offices, signing agents, and notaries to obtain completed documents.

Review critical documents (such as deeds, mortgages, settlement statements) for accuracy, proper signatures, and compliance before disbursement of funds.

Identify and resolve errors or missing information in closing packages.

Work with customers, lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to clear issues and keep transactions moving forward.

Understand and apply company guidelines as well as state/county recording requirements.

Help prepare closing statements and related paperwork when needed.
Required Skills & Experience

1 2 years of experience in title, escrow, loan processing, or related real estate/financial services role.

Knowledge of real estate transactions, loan documents, and title requirements.

Ability to interpret and apply company and regulatory standards.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
