We are looking for a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join the team of a top-tier National Title Company in the Mission Valley area. If you have Escrow Assistant experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for professionals eager to grow your career in escrow and title services. This is an on-site, Temp to Hire position. (target conversion of 90 days)

Job Duties:

  • Support the escrow team in managing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Handle client communications via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and review escrow documents, contracts, and closing statements.
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and databases to track transactions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and office organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in a related field).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
