We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team of a National Title Insurance company in Irving. This is a long-term temporary position, and a minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues promptly.
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines.
- Recognize and solve routine problems using established solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers, clients, and team members.
- Work independently while managing workload effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a high-volume call center.
- Experience with consumer credit.
- Familiar with credit reports or credit analysis.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
- Proficiency with call center software, CRM, and office tools.
- Skilled at de-escalating tense situations with professionalism.
