Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Post Closer / Funder to join our team in Jupiter, FL. This role is responsible for ensuring loans are properly funded after closing while maintaining compliance with all title and escrow procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review title policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Perform post-closing funding activities for mortgage transactions.

• Handle e-recording of documents and ensure proper submission.

• Utilize SoftPro software for transaction management and documentation.

• Communicate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to resolve any post-closing issues.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Post Closer or Funder in title, escrow, or mortgage lending.

• Proficiency with SoftPro and e-recording systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.
