We are seeking a Accounting Clerk to join the team of a National Title Insurance Company in Phoenix, Arizona.

Duties:

• Establish and maintain new accounts while handling service requests such as verifications of mortgage, payoff statements, reinstatement figures, loan modifications, assignments of beneficial interest, and loan assumptions.

• Manage customer inquiries through phone and email, delivering timely and accurate responses.

• Process loan payments, close paid accounts, and prepare lien releases.

• Oversee impound/escrow accounts for property taxes and insurance.

• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support department goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail.

• General understanding of banking, lending, and escrow processes.

• Proficiency with computers and adaptability to paperless systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Basic 10-key calculator skills.
