This role involves supporting real estate transactions by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to facilitate the title process. You will work as part of a production center, branch office, or title team, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows to support client needs.

Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, review, and management of recordable documents.
• Ensure compliance with recording requirements and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Operate electronic recording platforms effectively to process transactions.
• Manage multiple functions and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Deliver high-quality results with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of recordable documents.
• Proficiency in electronic recording platforms.
• Familiarity with recording requirements and guidelines for various jurisdictions.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in title or mortgage industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
