We are looking for a Recording Specialist to support a National Title Insurance company based in Anaheim. This role involves providing administrative and support duties to assist the title recording process as part of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit recordable documents to individual recording jurisdictions or counties for processing

  • Ensure documents are fully executed, notarized, and accompanied by required forms

  • Review and prepare state-specific forms for accuracy and completeness

  • Update record systems with recording progress and enter relevant information

  • Upload copies of recorded documents and prepare them for shipment back to clients

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve recording issues as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of recording experience

  • Experience with multi-state recording processes

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with National Title Company standards and procedures

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
