Overview:
A well-established Title Company is seeking a professional and bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. The role requires excellent communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks that support smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Support title and escrow staff with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., copying, scanning, filing, data entry).
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Assist Spanish-speaking clients with questions and communications to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office equipment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in the real estate, title, or escrow industry is a plus.
