Overview:
A well-established Title Company is seeking a professional and bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. The role requires excellent communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks that support smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Support title and escrow staff with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., copying, scanning, filing, data entry).

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients with questions and communications to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office equipment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Experience in the real estate, title, or escrow industry is a plus.
