Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate office. This role will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, supporting agents with their marketing needs, and ensuring consistent brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult, create and distribute digital and print marketing materials (flyers, e-cards, postcards, social media graphics, property brochures, etc.)

• Support agents with listing marketing campaigns, including Just Listed/Just Sold promotions and open house announcements

• Maintain office social media channels and assist with content creation

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience (real estate marketing experience preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in design and marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, resourceful, and a team player
