Digital Experience Product Manager
We're looking for an innovative and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of our digital banking products. In this role, you'll shape the future of how our members experience online and mobile banking, ensuring our platforms are seamless, secure, and member-focused.

What You'll Do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for online banking, mobile apps, and digital services.

• Lead the launch of new products and features while monitoring performance and driving enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, member-focused digital experiences.

• Analyze market trends, member feedback, and performance data to make data-driven product decisions.

• Balance member needs, business goals, and technical feasibility when prioritizing features.

• Ensure compliance with regulations such as ADA, GDPR, and data security standards.

• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party digital service providers.

• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Guide and support staff through training, performance reviews, and ongoing development.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing digital products, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services.

• Strong ability to define product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.

• Skilled in analyzing data, market trends, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams or direct reports.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and solve problems with a member-first mindset.
