A Brief Overview

Jewelry manufacturing facility is seeking an Office manager. Responsible for overall management of workshop, including facility and equipment maintenance, day-to-day coordination with designated personnel, schedule management and payroll preparation.

Bilingual (Spanish & English) required


What you will do
Supervise safekeeping of office valuable merchandise.
  • Develops daily operating policies, protocols, procedures for site; trains staff and implements policies. Monitors compliance, coaches and cousels staff and re-trains as necessary.
  • Provides day-to-day supervision for all staff working at facility.
  • Allocates work among staff and assures that work is completed within appropriate time frames.
  • Prioritizes tasks and keeps staff informed of priorities.
  • Orders supplies for facility.
  • Monitors performance against budget and takes corrective action as indicated.
  • Prepares payroll for facility staff and prepares weekly work schedule for all facility staff.
  • Acts as liaison for facility and staff with all other parties.
  • Assures that facility is well maintained and that all equipment is maintained and serviced appropriately in accordance with regulatory requirements, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned


Experience Qualifications
  • Experience in word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word, Lotus and Excel) Preferred and
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous Office Manager experience preferred
  • Computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn new duties and computer software as needed
  • Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Reliable transportation required
  • U.S. work authorization

  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with patients, physicians and staff, ability to follow established office routines and policies.
