We're looking for a dependable Facilities Specialist to help keep our buildings clean, safe, and operating smoothly. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, conference rooms, hallways, and stairwells.
Perform general cleaning: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Keep elevators, doors, glass, furniture, and fixtures spotless and sanitized.
Restock supplies, handle basic inventory, and place orders for cleaning materials.
Use janitorial equipment safely and keep supply closets organized.
Respond to cleaning and maintenance requests as needed.
Assist with basic facilities tasks like mail runs, escorting vendors, and minor safety checks.
Operate company vehicles for errands between offices — valid driver's license required.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness.
Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
Valid driver's license required.
