Job Overview:
We are hiring a Title Funder to handle the accurate disbursement of funds and final reconciliation of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of title funding procedures, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review signed closing packages for completeness and accuracy.

• Confirm receipt of lender funds and balance escrow accounts.

• Disburse checks and wire transfers in accordance with settlement statements.

• Resolve funding conditions and communicate with lenders and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with ALTA best practices and state regulations.

Requirements:

• 1 3 years of experience in title funding or escrow disbursements.

• Strong understanding of escrow accounting and balancing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and title software platforms.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
