Job Description:
The External Sales Advisor is responsible for managing the processes related to the recruitment, guidance and enrollment of applicants who meet the requirements established by the institution. In addition, he/she will be responsible for efficiently transforming interested prospects into active students, contributing to the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes academic programs at schools, educational fairs, malls, communities and special events.
• Visits high schools or technical schools to give talks, coordinate orientations or collect information from interested students.
• Provides guidance on admissions requirements, enrollment processes, financial aid, etc.
• Collects and follows up on leads generated during visits.
• Collaborates with the internal admissions team to ensure that interested students complete the admissions process.
• Represents the institution with professionalism and enthusiasm to increase the visibility of the educational brand.
• Works with monthly/quarterly recruitment or enrollment goals.
• Distributes promotional materials (brochures, flyers, cards) and records attendance or participation.
• May attend virtual fairs or make follow-up visits by phone.
• Uses basic CRM tools or digital forms to capture information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a completed Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in sales and customer service.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Have own vehicle.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
