Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Post Closer to ensure all real estate transaction files are accurately finalized and properly recorded. The Post Closer will follow up on trailing documents, finalize title policies, and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy post-settlement.

• Submit documents for recording and follow up until confirmation is received.

• Prepare and issue final title policies.

• Return lender packages and handle post-closing conditions.

• Maintain proper documentation and update internal systems accordingly.

Requirements:

• 1 2 years of experience in post-closing or title operations.

• Familiarity with recording requirements and title policies.

• Strong data entry and document tracking skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
