We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Associate Attorney to join our established law firm in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning

• Prepare or review fiduciary and estate tax returns

• Maintain and grow a personal book of business

• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff across practice areas as needed

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar

• 15+ years of legal experience in estate administration/probate

• Proven ability to manage complex estate matters independently

• Book of business

• Open to bringing a trusted associate (optional)
