A leading national plaintiffs' firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney who is passionate about advocating for individuals harmed by corporate negligence and misconduct. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases with a collaborative and dedicated team.

As an Associate Attorney, you will gain hands-on litigation experience and take on case management responsibilities, including:

  • Handling written discovery

  • Taking and defending depositions

  • Drafting and arguing motions

  • Serving as second chair at trial

While prior experience with these tasks is valuable, we are open to training motivated candidates eager to learn.

This role requires frequent client interaction, often with individuals facing significant personal challenges. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds are essential. The position also involves frequent national travel.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

  • Active membership in the California Bar

  • Strong legal research and writing skills

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A commitment to plaintiffs' litigation and sound professional judgment
